Ding Qiang, born in September 1954, Han, is a member of the Chinese Communist Party and he holds a master degree in Economics. He is also a senior economist and senior political worker. From March 1993 to April 2000, Ding Qiang served as the chairman of the board and chief manager in Baoding Tianwei Group Co., Ltd and the chairman of the board and secretary of party committee in Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd. From April 2008 to November 2009, he served as the chief manager assistant in China South Industries Group Corporation, secretary of party committee and vice chairman of the board for Baoding Tianwei Group Co. Ltd, and the secretary of party committee and chairman of the board for Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd. From November 2009 to present, he served as the assistant to chief manager in China South Industries Group Corporation, chief manager, vice chairman of board and vice secretary of party committee in Baoding Tianwei Group Co., Ltd and the chairman of the board in Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd.

Bi Guangyu, born in July 1953, Han, is a member of the Chinese Communist party and also a senior political worker. From January 2003 to June 2006, he served as the deputy secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection, director of the Investigation Office, and the secretary for party branch of Baoding Tianwei Group Co., Ltd. From June 2003 to January 2004, he served as the supervisor, deputy secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection, secretary for party branch and director of the Investigation Office of Baoding Tianwei Group Co., Ltd. From January 2004 to November 2007, he served as a member of the Board of Supervisors, a member of the Party Secretary Department, and the secretary of the party branch of Baoding Tianwei Group Co., Ltd. From November 2007 to April 2008, he served as the assistant to party secretary, supervisor and secretary of party branch of Baoding Tianwei Group., Ltd. From April 2008 to present, he served as the assistant to party secretary and secretary of the party branch of Baoding Tianwei Group Co., Ltd. From October 2008 to present, he also served as a member of the board in Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd.

Ma Jianjun, born in May 1957, a CPC member and economist of the Hui Minority, is the incumbent General Manager of Tianwei New Energy (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd. He held the posts of Vice General Manager of Baoding Tianwei Transformer Co., Ltd.; Vice General Manager of Hyosung Tianwei Transformer Co., Ltd.; and General Manager of Minmetals Tianwei Steel Co., Ltd. He was honored as an "Excellent Manager of Tianwei Group" and "Model Worker of Tianwei Group".

Jin Jianmin, born in December 1963, Han, is a member of the Chinese Communist Party and a senior engineer. He now serves as the deputy chief manager and a member of the Party Committee in Tianwei New Energy (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd. He is in charge of the engineering infrastructure and equipments. He once served as the deputy secretary of Securities Department, deputy secretary of Investment Management Department and deputy secretary of Engineering Department in Baoding Tianwei Holdings Co., Ltd, and the head of Engineering Infrastructure Department in Tianwei Sichuan Silicon Co., Ltd.

Liu Haiming, born in April 1977, a CPC member and engineer of the Han Nationality, is the incumbent Vice General Manager of Tianwei New Energy (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd. He held the posts of Vice Secretary of CYL of Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd.; Vice Manager of the Enterprise Management & Planning Department of Tianwei Group; and Vice General Manager of Tianwei Wind Farm Investment Co., Ltd. He was honored as an "Excellent Manager of Tianwei Group".

Wen Yan, born in August 1968, Han, is a member of the Chinese Communist Party and he holds a master degree. Once a technology engineer in physical electronics, he now serves as the deputy chief manager of Tianwei New Energy (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd and is in charge of the planning, public relationship and production management. He served as the manager of the Planning Administration Department of Sichuan Tianwei Silicon Co., Ltd, the chief manager assistant and manager of Planning Department in Tianwei Sichuan Silicon Co., Ltd.

Huang Zhixian, born in May 1970, Han, is a member of the Chinese Communist Party, an accountant and an economist. He now serves as the deputy chief account and the manager of Assets and Finance Department in Tianwei New Energy (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd. The key positions he held include: accountant, assistant to Finance Section chief and deputy secretary of the Assets and Finance Department in Baoding Tianwei Electric Wire Co., Ltd; deputy secretary of the Assets and Finance Department in Baoding Tianwei Electric Wire Co., Ltd and the Chief Finance Officer for Baoding Tianwei Huake Electric Wire Co., Ltd and the finance head for Baoding zhonghe Investment Holdings Co., Ltd; manager of Finance Department of Sichuan Xinguang Silicon-Tech Co., Ltd.
